Scope and Title[]
Excellent work, @cTheDragons and @tricksy.fox -- the page looks fantastic!
I thought it might be helpful to clarify the scope of this page. The intro talks about "user-created" apps, tools, etc., but does "user-created" include official software such as the official Android & iOS apps and the Data Display Tool, which are currently on the page?
Additionally, I think the "Customizations" part of the page title could be potentially confusing given customization options in Habitica itself (most notably, Avatar Customizations). Would it be helpful to add "third-party" to the title (i.e., "Extensions, Add-Ons, and Third-Party Customizations"), or would that be too long? Alternatively, if this page is modified to exclude official software, another title option could be "Third-Party Software".

Re the first paragraph I agree. Feel free to modify it. Re the title it what suggested and @Alys agreed. Maybe bring it up in the wiki guild so we can discuss again.
